Bahga Palace 1 Residential Apartments

The staff were welcoming, helpful and great. Special thanks to Mr. Hosam. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable, and the marina is about a 15-minute walk away or 10 minutes by taxi. Right beside the building there are a supermarket, restaurant and coffee shops, with a Metro market at the start of the street. One small note: the hot water in my apartment's toilet wasn't working properly, though it worked very well in another apartment. Bring your own towels even if you find some in the wardrobe. I didn't check the TV, and don't think you'll have time to watch it anyway. There's a kettle, refrigerator and stove in the kitchen, but they should add some mugs.

The apartments were clean and comfortable, and nicely presented. Bahga Palace 1 is very central, close to the Seagull Resort. The kitchen could use more saucepans and other cooking gear. Some guests on the higher floors might find the muezzin loud, especially at 4:30am. I personally loved it, and reception will happily try to move you somewhere quieter if you ask. Bahga Palace 5 is a little further up the hill, and there's also Bahga Palace.

The service is really poor and they're very rude. I wouldn't recommend it; it isn't worth a penny.

The apartment was in good condition, reasonably priced and close to Sheraton street.
