British Resort Hurghada

The setting is excellent, with buses to the main tourist area stopping just outside the main gate. There’s also a local bar and restaurant area about a five-minute walk toward the beach. We stayed for three months. The pools and gardens are looked after well, but the general cleaning could be better, and the apartments would benefit from a deep clean. They’re furnished very basically, with some pots, pans and plates, but no cooking utensils, towels or cleaning supplies, so you have to buy what you need. Internet costs a small monthly fee, but the signal is poor and only works around the pool. Remember that electricity and water aren’t included in the quoted price, and the charges can vary.

For what you pay, it’s okay, but services are limited. There are lots of men standing around by the entrance, which makes guests uncomfortable. The kitchen needs cooking tools, and the bathrooms need plumbing work because shower drains get blocked. There’s no pool heating, so the water is very cold. Satellite service also needs attention, and popular European channels aren’t available. The place is quiet and well located near the Al Mamsha walking area. Al Madhrabia beach entrance is a 30-minute walk and costs 75 LE. For excursions, I recommend contacting WhatsApp number 00201009339388.

My apartment was really comfortable, but there are lots of cats around the property and in the entrance, and there’s a smell. Management, please pay more attention to the cleaning!

It was cold in December, so I didn’t swim, but sitting in the sun by the pool was lovely. The place is beautiful and clean, with two large, nice pools. From the second floor there’s a pleasant view of the pool, and the lifts are handy too (:
