The rooms were clean, the service was amazing, and I enjoyed every meal. We had a really good stay here as a young couple and would recommend it. There’s lots to do, too. Special thanks to the Animators, whose service was perfect and really topped things off.

There was always something for everyone to do, with so many activities and facilities that we never got bored. The animation team were warm and couldn’t do enough for us. Food came in a huge range, hospitality was unmatched, and the hotel was kept thoroughly clean all the time. We had a phenomenal experience and would recommend this outstanding hotel without hesitation. We had the best time, thank you!

Lately I’ve seen low reviews, and I agree with them. Still, I want to start with what we liked before getting into the many problems. The beach at Pyramisa beach resort was beautiful, and a bus goes there every hour. There’s also a “sunken city” that draws snorkelers. The amphitheater is nice, though it’s a long way for some people at the far end of the resort. Luna was the only restaurant we liked, but we only tried it on our last day. The large pool has seawater at an okay temperature, while the small pool was very cold at the end of May. 😫 Our first room was on the second floor of the old wing, which seemed to be either under renovation or left to fall apart. Rooms numbered 6000 had no working AC and no balcony or terrace. I asked to move and got another room in the same wing, this time on the first floor with a terrace, but its walls had water damage and the hallway looked bad. The whole area felt neglected and run down. The buffet had limited choice. If you wanted a clean table, you needed to arrive right when dinner opened. Tables often weren’t cleared promptly, and the chairs were dirty too. Once, an hour into dinner, there still weren’t any large plates. I found mold on a flatbread, luckily after checking both sides. Flies were constantly around, so whenever I got up for a drink or something, I took two plates and used one to cover my food. “All inclusive” often meant there was no red wine or cold bottled water, or that melted ice cream was left for self-service outside without an attendant. One evening, two little kids were serving themselves, and for a moment I thought they were offering us ice cream from behind the counter. There is a chance to book one of the four à la carte restaurants for the next day. We booked Silk, but a lot of menu items were missing: there was no fish and only one dessert out of three. 🧐 The appetizers took 30 minutes and came without soy sauce. When we asked for some, we got Tabasco sauce for the sushi instead. People at the next table left after appetizers and didn’t seem happy. We came for the second seating, and even two hours after the first reservation slot, tables still had leftovers on them. The entertainment schedule was out of date. It was taken down on our second day, with the DJ promising a new one, but I never got it. Nothing was posted for the next five days. On our fourth day, someone from the animation team gave me a schedule after I asked that evening, but it was still wrong. The team leader had mentioned a game the day before, then changed it to a KIDS’ activity the next day, even though I didn’t see many kids. 🥴 Out of 14 resorts I’ve visited, this was the only one where I didn’t get to play darts. They were full for the first two days, then there was nothing for the next five. Both beaches also had no activities, which seemed to be the norm. The nearby beach, about a five-minute walk away, has no shower, toilet, or place to get food or drinks, and it isn’t very appealing. At the farther beach, reached by bus at Pyramisa resort, the food was limited and much the same every day. It was kept in unsanitary conditions, with lids left open in the sun despite the flies. Some food was undercooked too, like spring rolls still frozen inside, perhaps expected to thaw in the sun. Napkins were always running short. The amphitheater toilets smelled awful. One evening the “bar” only opened as people were leaving the show. Another night people had to wait while the bartender cleaned up things he’d accidentally dropped on the floor. It was hard to communicate with staff in English, and there were no receptionists. They seemed bothered when we asked for something else. Instead of soda, we sometimes got tonic water or Sprite, or drinks with no alcohol. Management is really poor. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, clean, hassle-free vacation.

The beach was lovely and a great place to unwind. The animation staff were cheerful and kept things lively, and everything was clean and well cared for. We also enjoyed the excellent range of food, with lots of choices and good à la carte restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Hotel Flow felt modern and stylish, with a relaxed atmosphere. We spent a full week there and had a wonderful time. The food was excellent, and there are several à la carte restaurants worth trying, each with its own tasty offering. The entertainment team put on lovely themed nights, including dance shows and fire performances, so we never had a dull moment. The animators were friendly, easy to talk to, and fun to spend time with. They guided us through the stay and helped make the whole trip memorable. We’d happily return and highly recommend it.
