Giftun Azur Resort - All inclusive

The staff throughout the resort were so helpful and always smiling that it felt as if everyone welcomed us. We could get a table at the restaurant whenever we arrived, since they cleared them quickly, and the food was tasty. Service by the pool and on the beach was nice too. The rooms are in bungalows spread across a large, beautiful property, and each has its own terrace. The furniture is old, but the mattress was very comfortable. The room was always cleaned and restocked with water and drinks. It wasn’t our first visit, and it definitely won’t be our last. I’d highly recommend Giftun Azur resort in Hurghada for a relaxing holiday.

The garden bungalows were charming, spotless and more private than a standard hotel room. The staff were warm, professional and made us feel at home. With the Red Sea beach right there and the Hurghada Promenade easy to reach, it’s a great spot for snorkelling or walks. Amazing value for money, and the beach and people are the real highlights.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well organised, and the staff were friendly and professional. Fatma Mohamed from the Guest Relations team deserves a special thank you. She was so polite, helpful and caring, and her positive attitude and attention to detail made us feel very welcome and improved our stay.

The garden and beach were great, and so was the food. The room let it down for me: it was old and needs renovation. Most of the guests seemed to be German retirees over 70, so the atmosphere didn’t feel very lively.
