Golden Beach Resort - All inclusive

We were a group of 18, from 6 to 66 years old, and everyone enjoyed our stay at Golden beach resort in April and May 2026. We liked it so much we wanted to extend the trip. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly. A big thank you to Mr Ali at reception and especially Mrs Heba from guest relations. She took care of our needs, arranged bookings for the group and organized three birthday parties. There was a large choice of food and desserts, with the Grease restaurant open 24/7 as well as Italian, seafood, Asian and Alladin restaurants serving eastern meals. The food was amazing, and all the restaurants were superb. The staff really went out of their way to help. The holiday was even better than we expected. The Kids’ Club was such a lovely part of our stay. My children enjoyed baking pizza and making bracelets, and I felt completely comfortable leaving them there because they were welcomed warmly and cared for so thoughtfully. The animation team also made the mini disco, face painting and evening shows a hit with the kids. They’re still talking about all of you. I’m usually shy, but the encouragement at Zumba made me feel included, and it turned out to be great fun. We had an amazing time and will come back as soon as we can. The gardens are very green, which is a real plus, and the rooms are quite spacious. The pillows, though, were huge, high and hard, so you may want to bring your own. Housekeeping came every day, but it seemed they only vacuumed the floors rather than wet-cleaning them. When we first got the room, I walked barefoot and my foot got very dirty. The shower was also very dirty. The spa and massages were extremely expensive. A 50-minute massage cost €80, and even the €50 I paid was described as a “bargain.” The massage itself was okay, but the treatment rooms weren’t private. Someone opened the door and spoke to the masseuse during mine. The bed had no sheet, just one towel that was too small.

We stayed for about 4 days as a family and really enjoyed it. There was always plenty of food with the all-inclusive plan, and the evening shows were entertaining. It’s child friendly and good value for money. The staff were absolutely friendly and accommodating, and their warm manner made the experience better for us.
