Lunch isn’t provided or available on-site, and there aren’t suitable dining places nearby, so daytime food choices are very limited. The open buffet had lots of options, but the taste and quality fell short and need noticeable improvement to meet basic hospitality standards. The hotel does have a lot of potential: it was clean throughout, and buildings A, B, and C each have their own pool. Residents also have a dedicated private entrance to the beach. Staff were exceptionally welcoming, especially the professional and efficient reception team. Nayera on the café morning shift gave excellent service.

We’re staying here with family in December 2025, and this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The beach is in terrible shape, with stray dogs and crows, and no cleaning or organization. It doesn’t feel suitable for families or children. The hotel is in poor condition, with maintenance work going on everywhere that wasn’t clearly disclosed. Even though it’s off-season, the service has been unacceptable. For 4,500 EGP a night, we got a basic room, very poor food, no activities, and just one bottle of water a day. Drinks in the restaurant come in one-way plastic cups, water is limited, and there are no hot drinks at all. I raised these problems with reception but got no real response or solution. The stay feels more like a punishment than a vacation, and the hotel doesn’t live up to its price, description, or reasonable expectations. I strongly wouldn’t recommend it, especially to families.

I keep coming back, and I’m impressed by the improvements taking place. The hotel is very good, the staff are cheerful and helpful, and the food’s taste is in another place. Good job!

I used to love the quiet atmosphere, lovely sandy beach, friendly staff, and tasty food with good quality and variety. I’ve been coming regularly for at least 4 years, alone, with friends, or with my kids, in both winter and summer. Now I’m shocked. The reservation department seems focused only on money. The hotel is already fully booked, and the sea beach isn’t spacious, yet they’re accepting large numbers of day-use visitors. They used to turn me down when I asked about day use if the hotel was full. We planned to stay a couple of nights, but we’re checking out after just one. Dinner and breakfast have also lost variety. They were never fancy, but they used to be delicious, and now even that is going downhill while prices have gone up.
