The animation crew deserves a special mention: Roksana, Tia, Modesta, and Wassim were amazing. I spent most of my time playing volleyball, and Mattia was a fantastic animator with a really positive attitude. The reef was great for snorkeling, the food was tasty and varied enough for everyone to find something, and the staff were friendly. The grounds were very well maintained and our room was spacious and clean. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, always smiling and going out of their way to make us feel special. That hospitality made the stay even more memorable. The all-inclusive meals were outstanding, with lots of fresh, delicious choices, wonderful desserts, and themed dinners that made each evening feel special. Snorkeling straight from the resort was magical, the beach pristine, and the pools magnificent. Our room was elegant, spotless, and exceptionally spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view breathtaking, and housekeeping flawless every day. The resort's setting was stunning, with beautifully kept palm gardens and the clear Red Sea and vibrant reef. Perfection is the word I'd use for our stay. Sataya Resort is among the most spectacular places we've visited. It felt like an unforgettable dream, and we're already looking forward to returning. We couldn't recommend it more highly.

The resort was excellent, but the people there made the week especially memorable. Karim and Mahmoud at the lobby bar were absolute gentlemen. Their service was outstanding, and their warmth, spirit, and genuine friendliness made every visit feel welcoming from the first day. They soon felt more like friends than staff. We flew from London to Marsa Alam and stayed here for the first time. It was a remarkable week, and we'd happily return just to see Karim and Mahmoud again.
