JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar Beach Hotel

Our son had a great time with Mia, who’s here from sunny? Manchester ;) and she helped us feel so welcome. Ahmed at the splash bar also deserves a mention for keeping our cocktails topped up. This was our first visit to the hotel and to Egypt, but it won’t be our last. The place is so clean, the food is great, and there are fantastic facilities and entertainment. What really makes it special, though, is the staff: cleaners, bar and restaurant teams, management, and the animation team were all so kind and couldn’t do enough for us. Well done, Team!

We especially appreciated the care taken with vegetarian meals. Gomma went out of his way to prepare something vegetarian at his station, and Hasan at Aqua was always friendly and welcoming at lunch. There was a great range of good food, and the whole team made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The animation team, especially Mia, Mariaanne, Fares, and Leo, brought lots of fun and energy to the activities. The aqua classes were lively and enjoyable too. Our room and the rest of the hotel were clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. We had a fantastic time and would recommend it.

I was nervous about food hygiene in Egypt and the chance of getting ill, but those worries went away once we were here. We already know we’ll be back. The team has been so attentive. Hassan at Aqua and Pandoro has been wonderful with our son Joseph, and Mahmoud and the chefs have been lovely, even coming over personally to check on guests. Ahmed at the Splash Bar remembers what you drink and keeps your glass full. Mariam is lovely too, and Mia, a fellow northerner, has been amazing with our son and goes above and beyond. The animation team are friendly and make sure everyone is having fun. Our room is beautiful, and the cleaner left sweet towel art. The whole resort is unbelievably clean, and the food is delicious. From management to the cleaners and gardeners, the entire Jaz team has made this a special holiday. We’re still here and having a wonderful time.

We’re here with two other couples and have been pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. The food is good quality with a decent selection, the facilities are good, and we particularly love the Beach. The entertainment team really makes everyone feel included. Last night’s show was hilarious, and I won’t spoil it, but it’s well worth seeing. It was the kind of thing you’d expect in an English city and a larger theatre. Sarina stands out for greeting you with a smile every day. She’s so welcoming and really brightens your day.
