The animation team really made the trip for us. Elsabaky, medo, ussa, nour and zainab were all so sweet and kind. The hotel itself was just as enjoyable: our room was spotless and comfortable, and housekeeping kept it in great shape each day. Everyone was welcoming from the moment we arrived and ready to help whenever we needed something. The location was convenient, and the service went beyond what we expected. We felt well looked after, had a relaxing stay, and would happily recommend the hotel and come back.

The food has been lovely, though I haven’t been here long enough to give a fair review. The rooms are fine, but we arrived after dark and found our balcony looking onto a building site. It gets no sun, and the breeze turns it into a wind tunnel, so sitting outside to read isn’t pleasant. It’s fairly quiet here, so I’m sure there were rooms with a better position. There isn’t much information unless you find it yourself. For almost anything, you’re directed to the app. The bathroom list shows what you can request, but I still haven’t worked out how to order anything. The minibar isn’t included either, and you have to download an app just to see the prices. The beach isn’t right outside the door. It’s not far, but you can’t quickly pop back to your room.

The food was tasty, with plenty of choices each day. I was very happy with my stay: the hotel felt clean and organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Staff were polite and helpful the whole time.

The beach is beautiful, and we only wish we could have stayed longer. Hachim was a highlight, serving drinks brilliantly and taking great care of lunch too. Mohammed was always on hand with the sunbeds, towels and snorkels, which the hotel provides. Zeino was also lovely, very friendly and helpful with information about the day’s entertainment.

We had a really nice time here. The hotel is beautiful, everything was clean, and the food was excellent. The staff were all so friendly, and the entertainment was full of energy and fun. Ussa from the animation team stood out as the funniest and most energetic of them all. He was really nice and friendly. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.
