The pools and beach were a highlight, and the entertainment team brought a lovely atmosphere each day. We felt looked after throughout the stay, especially thanks to the guest relation team for their kindness and ongoing help. The room was comfortable and kept to a very high standard with daily cleaning. Food, cleanliness, the hotel atmosphere, and the staff’s professionalism all exceeded what we expected. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and smiling. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing, memorable holiday.

Banana was a standout animator, funny and friendly, and great at getting everyone involved. The whole animation team had loads of energy and made sure guests were having fun, which really lifted the stay. Food had plenty of choice and tasted great. Everything was nicely organized, and I had a wonderful time here. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

Ahmed the chef deserves a special mention. I have celiac disease and can’t eat many of the beautifully presented dishes, but he went out of his way to take care of me. The whole team was welcoming and always ready to help. After an amazing 10 nights, I loved my stay and couldn’t fault it. The gardens were immaculate too, thanks to the gardeners’ care. I’ll definitely be back.

The animation team kept things lively with activities through the day, and the staff were always friendly and glad to help. At Jaz Soma Beach Hotel, the rooms were spacious, attractive, and very clean. There was lots of choice at meals and the food tasted great. We had a really pleasant stay, and I’d recommend the hotel.

The beach was wonderful, especially for the kids, and the service throughout the hotel felt exceptional. Everyone was kind and keen to help. We were travelling with a small child and were upgraded because our booked room was in the main building, which is louder in the evenings and farther from the beach. The food was fresh and tasty, though I did get tired of rice and fries at times. The transfer from Hurghada took almost two hours because of all the stops. That was the travel agency’s doing, not the hotel’s, but it’s useful to know when travelling with children. The direct route is 45 minutes.
