KaiSol Romance Resort Sahl Hasheesh (Adults Only)

We were there at a good time of year, with fewer people around, so the stay was peaceful and relaxing. The beach is right across from the hotel and beautiful. The outside area, with the snack bar and five other restaurants, was clean and well kept, and it’s where the evening entertainment happens. Booking the other restaurants was difficult because the system always showed them as full, so you had to try very early in the morning or very late at night. We did manage to get a table at the Italian, and the chicken risotto was truly delicious. The hotel itself was lovely, clean, and tastefully decorated. The food was great, with plenty of choice, nice presentation, and dishes cooked well. Some displays were amazing, and the chefs were on hand to make certain dishes while you waited. Desserts looked beautiful and artistic but didn’t have much taste, though there was always something yummy to try. All the staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful, and smiling, and really looked after everyone. A special thanks to Sameh, who made our room immaculate and well stocked each day. We loved our stay and would go back and recommend it, though I expect it would be extremely busy in peak season. Thank you KaiSol.

The staff were super friendly, and we really liked the hotel’s style and layout. The food apart from dessert was fantastic. Desserts in the main restaurant were poor, and even the fresh fruit didn’t feel up to a hotel of this category. It really stood out to us, though maybe that’s just our taste. The jacuzzi room and open areas were clean and made with quality materials, but they’re very well used and could do with renovation. For that reason, I don’t think the hotel deserves five stars, either on Google or in reality. We still had a lovely stay at KaiSol.

The people at KaiSol Romance are what make each visit feel so comfortable. Hakim and Ahmed took great care of us by the pool, Denise and her restaurant colleagues made meals feel especially pleasant, and the Sea Bar team brought friendly service and a great vibe. Sameh kept our room in lovely shape, and Ibrahim at reception made everything easy from the moment we arrived. We’ve just stayed here for the third time, and we keep coming back because we love the relaxing atmosphere and consistent service. It feels like coming home every time. Our honeymoon here was beautiful, and we’d love to come back. The staff helped make it feel special: Ibrahim at reception was especially professional, kind, and welcoming, Sayed from the bar was lovely and friendly, and Ali, Nouh, and all the Filipino ladies were always cheerful and smiling, which made us feel comfortable. The hotel itself is elegant, and every meal was delicious. Everything felt perfect from our first day.
