Magic Beach Hotel Hurghada

The sea is nice, but there are rocks for almost 200 meters, so you need swimming shoes. The food was good and acceptable. The hotel was lovely, very clean, and offered high-quality service, with a great animation team.

The people here really made the stay. The Crazy Frog team around the pool are warm, easy to talk to, and understanding, and Zezo was especially friendly and great at his job. The entertainers also put on shows every day at 8 pm and do a good job keeping the crowd entertained. I had a very good experience overall, with amazing service and no complaints.

Never again. The food was disgusting, I had diarrhoea several times, and mosquitoes kept showing up at night and costing me sleep. There was refurbishment going on too, with drilling noises through the day and night. When I tried to sort things out with management, they were dismissive and defensive. My stay may even have ended with my money being stolen while I was having a massage in the spa. It was the worst time I've had.

The area and location are nice, and Mostafa was kind during the day. When I needed to charge my iPhone, he lent me his own charger without making a fuss. But at night, Ibrahim wouldn't give me a blanket even after I asked several times. He laughed and was disrespectful. I was also locked outside without a keycard, and he wouldn't give me a separate replacement. We waited two hours after making several more attempts to get a blanket, and still didn't get one. He even laughed when I said I would write a review. I hope management deals with this, because I wouldn't want tourists to go through the same thing. Ibrahim was on the night shift, and Mostafa was on the day shift.
