The President Hotel

Mine from housekeeping always greeted us with a smile and was so kind and attentive. Each day, she made towel animals with beautiful folds, which gave us a little surprise and made us smile. Ahmed, the Supervisor, was also a real credit to the hotel. He was professional and helpful, and clearly cares about both guests and service quality. We’re grateful to Ahmed, Mine, and everyone on the hardworking hotel crew for their kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. They made it a lovely visit, and we’d definitely come back.

The tour arrangements from manager Dahy were outstanding. I took several complicated trips around the city and a transfer to the airport, and his close attention to detail meant I had excellent service and professional drivers. Everything was planned well and happened on time. I wouldn’t recommend driving in Zamalek, though. Better to walk or take a cab. There are 24/7 groceries, a pharmacy, and an ATM in the area. I picked The President hotel because I wanted to be in northern Zamalek, near Taha Hussein street, while revisiting Cairo and memories of living in Zamalek 50 years ago. I expected a regular three-star hotel, but the staff and amenities were far beyond what I’d hoped for. My room was clean and spacious, with slippers, a toothbrush, shower supplies, a teapot, tea, coffee bags, and a minibar. Everyone was polite, from security at the entrance to reception, where they put me on the level with the restaurant for convenience. Mohammed Eldeep did a perfect job with housekeeping. Breakfast and dinner service were outstanding, and chef Mitu cooked delicious food with personal attention and kindness. I strongly recommend The President hotel for the splendid, mostly positive experience I had during my 3-night stay.

Malaka and Mohammed at reception were especially warm and professional, adding to an already very comfortable, family-friendly stay. The staff were consistently welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and filling, and the bar was a pleasant place to unwind. Our room was comfortable, the Wi-Fi reliable, and the facilities well maintained. I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay with family.

Muhammed at reception went out of his way to help me with everything I needed, and the rest of the staff were welcoming and helpful too. The President Hotel Zamalek is in a nice area that’s pleasant and convenient for exploring. The restaurant served delicious food, and the view from the hotel was fantastic. With its location, comfortable rooms, helpful team, and good dining, I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zamalek.
