MinaMark Beach Resort - Families & Couples Only

Mustafa, who organizes excursions, took great care of the guests and made every trip a success. The whole team helped create a really pleasant atmosphere during my two weeks at the hotel. I especially enjoyed the animation team. There was a short, cheerful girl with a nose piercing, and an animator who hosted the shows and organized club outings, probably Egyptian. I'd be happy to come back :)

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the place. The beaches and pools were great, and staff were very nice. The front desk would sometimes try to joke around with you, but it was no big deal. I hadn't read the booking details carefully: all meals were included, and beer, alcohol, and snacks were available pretty much all the time.

My girlfriend and I spent 12 days at the resort and had a really good time. It was very clean and felt safe, with a big choice of food and drinks. The sea was clean, with room to jump in, and there was aqua dance for women. The pool was perhaps a bit small, but it was clean and nice. The staff were lovely and polite, always smiling and ready to help with anything or give us information. I'd recommend the resort :)))

The staff were brilliant, and we will remember the effort they made for our family. But the manager needs to pack up and go. We complained multiple times about the room for our family of five and were told everything was fine and they didn't understand the problem. The first room had two completely broken beds. In room 163, the windows faced the main street, the balcony doors were broken, and the room had no heating. For 10 days we couldn't sleep, and the temperature inside was 12 degrees, the same as outside. We were travelling with children aged 8 and 12. After the third bed change in the new room, we had to prop pillows under a bed to keep its frame from collapsing while a child slept in it. It was an absolute nightmare. We aren't animals. My dogs sleep better than the way we were hosted.
