The buffet didn’t have as much choice as at some other hotels, but the à la carte restaurants were delicious and the food was generally good. We also enjoyed the tasty drinks, sandy beach, and very comfortable sunbeds with great mattresses. The aquapark was lots of fun. Our main concern was the room condition, especially the bathrooms, which could do with renovation or refreshing. When we raised it, the manager personally took care of the issue, and we appreciated how professionally our concern was handled. The people made the stay extra enjoyable: the housekeeping team in room 1020 paid great attention to detail; Shakar was friendly and professional at the à la carte and beach restaurants; Mohammed at the lobby bar was attentive and welcoming; Ali at the beach bar made excellent drinks and provided great service; and Omar, the beach towel attendant, was really helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the hotel.

It was our first time in Egypt and we enjoyed it a lot. Everyone was welcoming, and my family had a great week. The grounds are lovely and constantly cared for, while the staff were friendly and helpful every time we asked for something. Service was quick and efficient, and the cleaners were kind and helpful too. Our room had everything we needed and was clean. There was a generous choice of food, with a different menu each night. We especially loved Töv, where the food was top tier and prepared in a really interesting way. I totally recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed every moment. Ali, our housekeeper, did a wonderful job in the room, with exceptional attention to detail. Please pass along a big thank you to him. We’re looking forward to coming back!

The animation team brought so much energy and fun to the stay, especially Cheery. They were friendly and their activities added a great vibe to the hotel. Everyone we met, from reception to the restaurant staff, was kind, professional and ready to help with a smile. Our room was comfortable and spotless every day. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and didn’t miss a detail.

Ahmed samir and Esraa Abdel Kader from the restaurant team made every meal feel special. They were kind, attentive and always greeted us with a smile. All the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, so a big heartfelt thank you to everyone. The beach was stunning, the water crystal clear, and the Aqua park huge and exciting. The pools were warm in winter, with a very caring life guard. Our room was comfortable and super clean, and the food was delicious with lots of variety. It was a perfect place to relax, and I enjoyed every moment. Can’t wait to go back!
