Sapphire Resort

The aquapark is fantastic, and the pools inside the hotel are nice, with a water-heating system. The entertainment and animation were very good. The food was good, varied and high quality, and the staff were kind, helpful to everyone, and kept the place very clean.

The staff were really nice, and there are a couple of cool, family-friendly slides that are great fun. The pools look amazing, but they didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly, and the grounds are sandy. The beach is nice unless it’s windy; there are a few corals, nothing too fancy. It’s a very nice place that used to be more populated, which explains its size. When it’s this deserted, though, most attractions tend to be closed. The food wasn’t that great.

The beach was pleasant, but there wasn’t much to do there apart from parasailing. There’s a small aqua park, while another huge one still isn’t open, and not all the pools are operating. The rooms are old-fashioned, and the food choices are limited and often not tasty. Maybe this place can return to what it once was; I might visit again then. I booked all-inclusive, but water was supplied to my room only on the first day. When I got thirsty after midnight, I had to buy two small bottles for 30 L.E., even though the shortage was their fault.

The compound is huge, with lots of restaurants and swimming pools. With all-inclusive, you can eat and swim anywhere across it, and our room had a beautiful pool view. The staff treated us very well and handled problems calmly whenever something went wrong. Thanks to Mr tahoun for his excellent service.
