The location on the main street is perfect, and you can play pool for free. Most of the staff were cheerful and accommodating. Our bartender Mahmoud was amazing, and the drinks were better than at the last hotel I stayed at here. The fish was really good, too. The rest of the all-inclusive food was much like other hotels, pretty repetitive and nothing special, though I loved the ice cream bar and the waffles were delicious. The hotel is huge, with two receptions, two beach areas, three pools plus a kids’ pool and waterpark. For the price, our room was good quality, but cleaning was just okay. We stayed a week, and I think they made the bed without changing the sheets. Our balcony faced a construction zone, which I assume is temporary. The animation team was friendly, but there’s just one evening show, ending around 11, with no time to dance afterward. The entertainment could be better, with longer shows and more involvement from the crowd. I had a good time and would come back.

We had a very relaxed eight-day stay as four adults. The hotel was good, and it’s well located for the airport. Staff were friendly and always willing to help with any issues. We took boat trips to the islands and went snorkelling at a good spot to see different fish. There’s a great marina with good restaurants just up the road. I’d definitely come again.

We got a very good room, and room service was good. The hotel was okay, but the staff were very helpful, especially around the heated pool. Mina and Karem at the bar and Josefh at the pool were super friendly and helpful. If I come back to Hurghada, I’ll choose this hotel again. Greetings from the P. Family.

Despite the issues, we had seven lovely nights and I’d still recommend the hotel. It was my first time in Egypt, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel was. The location was excellent, the beach phenomenal, and our room was cleaned each morning. The restaurants were very clean; there wasn’t much choice, but the food was good. Staff were polite, cheerful, and smiling, and the service was impeccable. They deserve tips, though unfortunately only about half of them do. There were some downsides. About half the staff were rude and arrogant, and seemed to expect a tip before serving you properly. Without one, they looked at you with disdain. The breakfast box was ridiculous: two buns with a tiny triangle of cheese, then a small croissant, a similarly small piece of cake, and about 20 grams of jam. You weren’t allowed to take any all-inclusive food to your room, even if someone there couldn’t come down to eat.
