We felt really safe throughout our whole stay as two girls travelling together, which meant a lot to us. The hotel is beautiful, well cared for and has a warm, welcoming feel. The staff were amazing and did everything they could for us. For 9 days, they treated us so well that we genuinely felt like princesses. It’s also a great fit for people who need gluten-free food. The team were happy to help with dietary needs and think things through with you, so we felt comfortable and looked after. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it for a relaxing, safe stay with wonderful service.

The pool was our biggest disappointment. The area badly needs renovation and wasn’t at the standard we expected from a hotel like this. We don’t think it’s acceptable to present it in its current state. The pool staff also seemed less welcoming at times than the beach team, who were attentive, hardworking and friendly all day. There were plenty of things we enjoyed. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the beach is stunning, with crystal-clear water that’s perfect for snorkelling. Housekeeping cleaned our room exceptionally well every day, leaving it spotless and beautifully prepared without intruding. The discreet, professional service really stood out. At the main restaurant, Sofra, the selection was limited and not especially varied, but the dishes we chose were consistently tasty and well prepared. Namil at the salad station was incredibly friendly each day and made us the best salads for breakfast and lunch. We also tried all the themed restaurants, including Keif and the rooftop restaurant. Their quality and dining experience could be better compared with the main restaurant. Mustafa at Keif, though, was extremely friendly and attentive throughout the evening. We loved the homemade ice cream, cotton candy and activities like kayaking. The mini disco was really good and the children had lots of fun, though the Kids Club could improve. It would be convenient to order drinks at the beach or pool by QR code. Another small snag was the minibar. Drinks were complimentary, but snacks cost extra. We took pistachios by mistake and were surprised to be charged around €8. We think the snacks should be replenished for free each day too. Even with a few clear areas to work on, we had a wonderful stay and can recommend the hotel. The beach, excellent housekeeping, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere made it a great time overall.

Serry Beach, Egypt. The sea was mesmerizing, crystal clear and beautiful. We loved the soft, inviting sunbeds, and our room was stylish, spacious and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, and the whole place felt luxurious yet relaxed. I’ve never stayed in a more beautifully designed hotel. The look and feel are breathtaking, with elegance and harmony throughout. There are thoughtful activities for children, so it works well for families while still feeling peaceful and sophisticated. We got a complimentary upgrade, a generous and lovely surprise. The team’s care and attention made us feel welcome, valued and at ease. Everything about the stay was outstanding. The kids’ activities area was a real highlight for our family. It was well organised, fun, and kept our little ones happy and busy the whole time. We left with lovely memories and are already looking forward to planning another trip. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and comfortable, with an elegant feel. Every staff member we met was attentive and welcoming, and we felt genuinely cared for. Dining also surpassed what we expected, with lots of fresh, flavourful choices each day. Our room was spotless, cosy and thoughtfully designed, so it was easy to relax.
