Even after visiting the pyramids before checking in at MENA HOUSE, nothing prepared me for having dinner or pre-bed tea with them in view. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, the food was good, the staff fantastic, and the pool was a special treat. I hadn't been to Cairo in God knows how many years, so this was really my first visit. Strong recommendation.

We stayed at the Marriott Mena House in Cairo for three days and two nights, and would gladly return. As Platinum members, we felt valued, and the team clearly recognized and appreciated our status. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive and professional. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and elegant, a lovely place to unwind after exploring the city. The team went above and beyond to welcome us, and at times we honestly felt like royalty. We especially appreciated the generous late checkout, which let us enjoy our last day without rushing. A wonderful stay, with hospitality and attention to detail we'd happily recommend to anyone visiting Cairo.

We only came for lunch after a trip to the pyramids, and the venue was lovely with a nice meal. When we had trouble getting a taxi back to our hotel, the doorman was amazing. He arranged an Uber and spoke to the driver for me. That service alone would make me stay here if I visit again.
