As a solo traveller, I felt at ease from the moment I arrived at the Steigenberger Aldau Beach Hotel in Hurghada. @Suzannatravelsolo on tiktok had recommended it, and the welcoming, attentive staff made me feel looked after straight away. The whole team, including security, pool staff, grounds staff, and restaurant teams, was friendly and greeted me with a smile. That made a real difference travelling alone. The service felt personal, too. By day two, the staff remembered my favourite drink and had it ready almost as soon as I sat down. I also want to mention the hostess in the main restaurant. I didn't get her name, but she was consistently welcoming and professional and made sure guests were comfortable. Osama Mores went above and beyond, and his service was truly above exceptional. The front of house manager was helpful and accommodating, keeping things running smoothly and checking that guests were happy. With the facilities and atmosphere as well, it was a relaxing, wonderful holiday. I'd happily return and recommend the hotel.

We've stayed here five times now, and we're planning to come back next year. The hotel has a peaceful, elegant feel, with beautiful gardens that are kept in great shape. Staff were professional, attentive, and friendly from the start. Special thanks to Osama and his colleagues for making us feel welcome right away. Our room was comfortable and nicely renovated, and everything was clean. The food and drinks were good, too. It's a quiet, relaxing place with a pleasant, high-quality atmosphere.

We had such a warm welcome at the Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel for our stay from 13 May to 20 May that we felt relaxed and at home straight away. Our sea view room was beautiful, and waking up to that view each morning was unforgettable. The resort was peaceful and immaculate, from the gardens to the pools and beach, with every area carefully looked after. The staff really made the holiday. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The service throughout was outstanding, and their kindness and professionalism added so much to our experience. This was our third visit, and each time has been amazing. This stay exceeded our expectations again. We're already planning to return in 2026. Thank you to everyone for another unforgettable holiday.

The rooms were clean and tidy, the beds comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay. Food was good, though drink orders could be slow. A few things need attention as the hotel is starting to show its age, including the hot tubs, which don't work. It's a five star hotel, but you have to remember that five stars in Egypt isn't the same as in Europe. The sea and beach aren't the best either. For that, you need to go to sharm el sheik.

We've been enjoying our stay at Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel so far. The food has lots of variety and is excellent, the staff are helpful and friendly, and service has been outstanding. There are enough sunbeds, and the public restrooms are kept clean. A couple of things have been disappointing. Our room has no hot water, and even though we are three couples in separate rooms and tried to book from our first day, we haven't managed to get tables at some à la carte restaurants. It would help if guests were told more clearly how far ahead they need to reserve. We look forward to the rest of the holiday and are enjoying it overall.
