We had a great five-night stay in a golf suite with a private pool. The room was spacious, with a king size bed, and the soft drinks in the minibar and snacks were topped up daily. The private pool area was nice, though after a wind storm it would benefit from a clean. The bedroom bathroom is split between the shower and the toilet and wash basin. My main room complaint is that the glass shower and toilet doors offer absolutely no privacy. At this level, bath sheets should also be standard. The communal area has two big pools and plenty of sunbeds. Even when busy, we never had trouble finding somewhere to relax. The pool entertainment was eclectic, from foam parties to a saxophonist and belly dancers, and great fun. The All Inclusive buffet was good quality with plenty of choice, and staff were always happy to help. Overall, a great stay and one I'd highly recommend.

The relaxed atmosphere is one of the best things about this adults-only hotel. There's no rush, crowds, or queues. At the beach and pool, staff help you find a place, bring towels, and get everything set up. Service there is excellent: waiters come by regularly so you don't need to chase them to order. If you'd rather not be disturbed, you can put out a special pouch. Food is absolutely delicious, with lots of variety, à la carte ordering, and restaurant-quality dishes. If something isn't available, staff will arrange it for you. One day they had no strawberries, for example, but after we asked, they brought us some. The service throughout is outstanding, and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Evening entertainment is subtle and pleasant, with live music and beautiful performances. The animation isn't as active as at Aldau, for instance, but Pure Lifestyle guests can visit two neighboring hotels if they want more energy and variety, which is a big plus. It's our second stay here, and a solid 10/10. You don't want to leave and want to come back again and again. That's exactly what we plan to do. Everything is at an exceptionally high level.

The pools are heated, and staff provide service by the sunbeds everywhere. There's a green, well-kept area, plus good pools and beach areas. Food was top notch, tasty, and varied across the restaurants, from the main one with a view to the bars for lunch and the à la carte places for dinner. We loved it here. The hotel is great, one of the best I've seen in Hurghada so far, and the service goes above and beyond. Everyone is skilled, friendly, and helpful.

Happy New Year, everyone! We’ve stayed at the Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle Hurghada several times and have loved it each time. It’s a great adults-only all-inclusive resort, with comfortable surroundings, a fantastic pool, and such friendly staff. I’d wholeheartedly tell people to come and enjoy the luxury and warmth here. Woooow.
