Studio pool view next to the Marina,Sheraton Plaza 320

The host was there when I arrived, gave me the keys, and explained everything. He was very friendly, just like the staff, who were happy to fetch anything I asked for. I could see the pool from the balcony, and it was a quiet, pleasant spot. The studio is beautiful and cozy, with everything you need, and it was very clean. I didn’t spot any small insects. Dogs are allowed, which matters a lot to me. I’ve stayed in plenty of places before, including many dirty appartements, so this clean studio felt like a big luxury, especially since I paid less than I did at those other places. It’s close to Sheraton road, a famous place in hurghada. A must for a vacation. Thanks to the host and staff, you’re doing a great job. ❤

I liked this place so much that my 18 day stay turned into 25 days. The location, studio Apt, street view balcony, communal areas, pool, sunshine, 24hr help and security, all worked for me. I really enjoyed being here. It felt like home 😊

The booking details were all incorrect, and the place was very dusty and dirty. The staff didn’t really understand us, and we ended up having to call the tourist police.

The apartment itself is nice, well equipped, and the staff are polite. Some speak English and some don’t, but they try to help. I’m pleased to be staying here, though there’s room for improvement. The shared areas could be cleaner, and the doorman is often missing. The pool looks rather depressing, though perhaps that’s because it’s winter. There was construction outside my windows and balcony, with noise and dust, and the street outside was filthy.
