Utilities aren't included, so you have to pay for water and electricity. The rooms were dirty, and all the kitchen supplies were rusty and unusable. Services and security were poor.

The host was rude and highly unprofessional, which made communication difficult and the stay unpleasant. There were also numerous maintenance problems that significantly affected my stay. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend the rental, and I strongly advise against booking this apartment on any platform.

A safe place with everything you need. I'd recommend it.

They didn't clean the room, and they won't return your deposit! Document everything or they'll keep your money!

They're not honest. Some people have rooms and rent them out, but they aren't directly with florenza. Contact the florenza office. Don't try using this number.
