The rooms are spacious and clean, set in smaller bungalow-style buildings across a well-designed hotel complex. When noise from a nearby bar was an issue, they moved us to a different room straight away. The staff were always sincere, polite, and very friendly. The evening entertainment depends on your taste. Massage and excursion offers were discreet, and while the included drinks might not quite meet European standards, they were perfectly okay. We had a wonderful stay at Sultan Bay.

Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of fruit, meats and cheeses, plus waffle and crepe and egg stations. The omelettes were great, and the staff there deserve a special mention too. The pool area was quiet and spotless, with plenty of sunbeds and fresh towels each day. Our room was cleaned efficiently every day, and all the staff were so helpful and friendly, always ready to do more for you. What an amazing place, I can't wait to come back!

The hotel is beautiful, and we loved how quiet and peaceful the location was. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. This was our first stay, but definitely won't be our last. We'll be back.

The property is beautifully looked after and in excellent condition. We were there in early February, and from arrival onwards the staff gave us warm, attentive service. The kitchen served a varied, luxurious selection three times daily, often with live cooking. It really felt like a four-star destination.

As a professional gardener, I especially appreciated the gardening team and the care they put into the mature, beautiful grounds. The location, food, staff, and gardens all made for a lovely, relaxing week at Sultan Bey. I wanted the service and quality of a smaller hotel with an all-inclusive package, and that's exactly what I found. It was perfect for me. I'd happily recommend it and would very much like to return someday. 😀
