It’s a really beautiful place with apartments and studios. The pool is my favorite, it’s big and has two simple slides. You can also get a good amount of privacy here.

We came as a family on a timeshare trip, two adults and three kids. They gave us two connecting rooms, one with a small kitchen equipped with an oven, countertop stove, dishes and some kitchenware. One room looked out to the sea, while the other had a side view. The service was friendly and good, but there’s no food available at the hotel. The beach is a long way off and very small, and the sea wasn’t good at all.

I went to view an apartment in the complex because a friend who has lived there for several months recommended it. The visit left me with a very bad impression. Staff were rude and seemed biased toward me because I didn’t have my passport with me. I understand documents matter, but that doesn’t excuse the dismissive way I was treated. I also saw staff violate my friend, the owner’s, rights. She was there and tried to help, but they questioned her authority despite her having lived in the complex for months and being part of it. That made me trust the place even less. It may have been an isolated incident, but it was negative. I hope management addresses it with the staff so this doesn’t happen again.

We stayed there over the Eid vacation, and our host was excellent. The place was clean and tidy. The compound is new and well laid out in the Shael hashish area, and the pool is very clean and well maintained. There’s no sea view, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away. We had a good experience and would recommend it.
