The studio itself, and Mr. Rafaat and Adepto, were all very nice to deal with. They were supportive and easy to work with. My one star is for Tiba Resort's neglected, filthy outside and reception areas. The pools were dirty, with visible green slime on some walls and floors; visitors often had to remove rubbish like crisp bags and plastic bags from the water. There were fewer than 10 sunbeds, some broken and with torn cushions, plus only three or four umbrellas, of which just two were broken and torn. We were told the pool would close in the evening, but adults and noisy children used it all night. The reception area was horrid, with torn, dirty furniture, dirty windows and glass doors, and staff sleeping on the office sofas. I'd advise against staying here.

Transport is needed here, since nothing is within easy walking distance. A microbus can pick you up at the end of the road for Dahar, Hurghada, or the direction of El Gouna, and Uber is available too. It's quick, cheap, and reliable. The complex has a tiny shop, but the selection is extremely limited, with little fresh produce. There isn't a cafe, restaurant, or bar here or nearby. It's a quiet, unfussy, low-key place out of the way, good if you need some peace to recharge without anyone bothering you and with very little nearby.

The prices are very cheap, and there are restaurants around. Rooms are clean, the pools and sea view are nice, and people are friendly. I like being somewhere quiet where I can recharge, away from the noisy downtown.
