The Guest Relations team gave outstanding support, especially Noura, who was incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant served fresh, delicious food in a beautiful setting, and the quiet location made for much-needed calm. My room was spacious and very clean, with excellent daily housekeeping, and the stay felt peaceful and relaxing. There were some practical drawbacks. The fitness area had good equipment but wasn’t maintained well. My balcony was dusty and had no lighting, and the TV didn’t work because the internet was weak. Getting around was difficult too: hotel transfers and local taxis cost significantly more than Uber. The area felt quite empty this season, with few activities nearby. Still, it was a calm, comfortable stay with excellent service, though some things could be improved.

We were there just days after the hotel opened, and the team’s dedication was clear. Staff checked constantly, in a very positive way, to see if everything was okay or anything could be improved. Their attention made us feel welcome. The pool was pure bliss, almost entirely to ourselves, and the gym was first-class with excellent equipment. It’s a dream spot for both sport and relaxation. A reliable shuttle makes getting to the beach easy, and the beach was spotless with outstanding food, as was the hotel. Sunbeds there are free for hotel guests, which is a great extra. I can 100% recommend it for fitness, relaxation and top-notch service!

The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and the area is beautiful. The staff are amazing. Fatma helped arrange a birthday cake for my friend and made the day really special. We’ve stayed here before and will definitely come back.

The room we stayed in was modern, clean and very nice, and breakfast and its service were great. We split the trip between work and leisure, and this hotel will be great for that once it’s fully finished. Dinner buffet wasn’t included for us by choice, and when we tried it once, it felt somewhat overpriced. The location isn’t ideal for diving at the nearby Orca diving center or spontaneous dinners at the Marina. You need a shuttle for nearly everything, and they tend to keep typical Egyptian schedules. We had to arrange our own transport about half the time. Normal taxis are the option, since the Uber app is useless and drivers will rip you off. Staff were very helpful with transport, shout out to Ataf and Nouram.
