The room was roomy and the staff were really friendly, and the place itself is nice. But we had to pay for the New Year party and dinner even though we didn't go, while new arrivals could apparently choose whether to book it. The meal was awful: the fish, meat, and vegetables were half raw, lots of dishes were cold and seemed a day or two old, and even the fruit tasted like it had just been defrosted.

The beach was nice and the room looked modern, but the building was still very dirty after renovation. Food and drinks were limited, and an hour before lunch or dinner ended, the serving trays were already empty. They told us they wouldn't refill them, and there wasn't even ice for cocktails. For an all-inclusive stay, that was a big disappointment. We were at another hotel nearby for most of the holiday and noticed a huge difference in service and food choice. Our flight home was at night, but after checkout at noon we weren't allowed to keep our bracelets for lunch. We faced about a 20-hour trip with no food and no nearby shops to buy any. The receptionist only spoke Arabic, but after an argument we spoke with the manager, who was very polite and let us keep the bracelets so we could eat before leaving. The stay wasn't terrible in general, but I wouldn't return.

A cheerful place, with a big, nice beach and good amenities and service. The pools are pleasant, the location is great, and the price is very reasonable.

The resort smelled bad and nothing seemed to work. No coffee, ice, water, or fridge, and the answer to every request was no. After three days of misery, we switched hotels. Worst vacation ever, and surely the worst resort in all of Egypt.
