I stayed for a week, and this was one of the best places I've stayed in Hurghada. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Paula and her employee Ahmed were super friendly and sorted out everything I asked for, including a taxi and diving reservation. I'd absolutely recommend this apartment.

Mahmud was very helpful, quick to respond, and made a tasty, fresh Egyptian breakfast. Paola also helped me book a scuba trip at a fair price. The location is quiet but a bit far from everything. Rooms were somewhat clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well, mostly around the lobby. We stayed three nights with our three kids in the family room. I'd messaged Paola several times about our late arrival, well after check-in time, but the room wasn't ready. We were told ten minutes, then waited more than an hour after a long bus ride with the children. The air conditioning was broken too. We were told it would be fixed that day, but it wasn't, and it was very hot, so we moved to another room with working AC. It was fixed the next evening, and we had to move back. Paola had assured me we could use a laundry machine, but on arrival we were told it was broken. They said it would be repaired in a day or two, but it never was. Messages from Paola were inconsistent, sometimes taking days and sometimes coming right away. The check-in, AC, and washing machine issues could have been handled and communicated better.
