King Tut Aqua Park Beach Resort

Walied Mohamed at reception was always ready to help when issues came up, whether it was a lack of water, exchanging currency, or getting sports equipment. He’s positive, friendly, responsive, speaks Russian well, and genuinely wants to help. I hope the management at King Tut Hotel gives him a cash bonus and recognizes him as an example for the other staff. Thank you for having such a customer-focused employee.

There’s a lot of potential here, and the food, rooms, and beaches are all well cared for. Mina at the Dive Center ( Be Diver) is very professional if you’re looking for a great dive experience. The loud music was a big disappointment. It’s played so loudly that you risk going home with hearing damage. I also consider it animal cruelty that they keep a few monkeys in cages under the burning sun. When I raised that with reception, they laughed in my face, which was disappointing.

A relaxing vacation spot with a warm atmosphere. The beach is beautiful, and its coral reefs are great for snorkeling. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was tasty with plenty of variety, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. There was great entertainment too. King Tut Resort Hurghada seems like a lovely choice for families or couples, and I’d recommend it! 🌞🌴🐬

The first impression was good, and Bluestyle was the best part of the trip. After that, things went downhill. We bought paid Wi-Fi because the free connection didn’t work, and staff said it was very fast. It barely worked, though, and we couldn’t even make a call. The water was always cold in the evenings, and water leaked from the bathroom drain, leaving the floor wet. At checkout we were told to leave at 12 and spend the next 11.5 hours in the lobby, without any food provided. We packed, went to the beach, and waited there. The only option was changing out of our wet, salty clothes in the lobby toilet. I also got a $30 late-checkout fine. I’d only left my room, but returned the card in the evening, so that part was kind of my fault. Still, it showed how little the hotel and travel agency cared about people. The whole holiday felt like we were just walking wallets. I travel most of the year and have been to Egypt four times, but this was honestly my worst experience here. If God sends me to hell after I die, I hope I don’t end up in this hotel. The food was edible twice. The juice was powder mixed with water, and the pancakes tasted like chewing on a plastic cup with chocolate powder. I can’t wait to get home. And one last thing: you’re showering in cold water, then suddenly the electricity stops working. Overall, a great experience.
