What stays with me most is how much the team cared. When we asked about having shisha in the evening, staff were trying to find one or borrow one within 20 minutes. When we couldn't find a particular shop, one of them started his shift early to take us. They also arranged drivers for our sightseeing trips. We already miss our friends at Amon hotel. We stayed a full week with two families and my mother in law, and all of us really enjoyed it. It's a family owned, charming little hotel with rustic rooms full of Egyptian character. They were clean and well kept, and the showers had great water pressure, which is hard to find in most Egyptian hotels. There's a beautiful garden that feels like a peaceful oasis. The location puts you close to small shops and supermarkets, as well as the boats to Luxor proper. The team really means it when they say you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.

The garden and pool are lovely, and it's about a five minute walk to the ferry for the east bank. West Bank excursions are convenient from here, and the included breakfast was pretty good. Main Street's restaurants and shops are also a five minute walk away. Charming decor, though the WiFi got a bit unreliable in the evenings.

A peaceful courtyard and a pool make this authentic family run hotel very charming. It's in the heart of a local village and a short walk from the Nile River. Our family of five stayed here recently. Breakfast and other meals are available on site, cooked to order. Everyone was kind and accommodating, and I'd recommend staying here.

So quiet and peaceful, with comfortable, clean rooms. The garden and swimming pool are lovely, and the people here are kind, friendly, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We'd definitely come back. The pool was nice, the rooms beautiful, and the food was yummy. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing, and the staff were always ready to help.
