Cleopatra Hotel Luxor

Mehmood was so helpful, and the service was even better than the room, which was already great. It felt like a home away from home, and the rooftop view was lovely. Getting to places like Karnak temple and the hot air balloon ride from the hotel was convenient. One of the best stays of my Egypt trip. I loved it and would absolutely recommend it.

From the moment I arrived at Cleopatra Hotel in Luxor, I felt welcomed and at ease. I stayed from 11 to 13 November, and left grateful for how kind everyone had been. Mahmoud was especially attentive and patient. He listened to what I needed, offered thoughtful ideas, and helped me feel comfortable. Nasir, the owner, was just as warm, and the place felt more like a family home than a guesthouse. I also appreciated my motorbike rider, who was caring, friendly, and helpful whenever we went out. The hotel's home-style meals were fresh and delicious, clearly made with care. The building may look modest, but the sincere service and connections made the stay meaningful. I'll keep Mahmoud, Nasir, and the team in my thoughts and prayers, and hope to return someday. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a warm stay in Luxor.

Mahmoud's cooking was so good that I ate every meal at the hotel and wasn't disappointed once. The West Bank location was ideal, quieter than the East and an easy walk to the boats. They arranged the Luxor tours I wanted and helped me get transport to Aswan. My room was clean, with a great bed, hot shower, and good air conditioning. The rooftop also has a great morning view of the hot air balloons.

Everyone was kind and attentive in a way that felt natural, and the hotel had a calm, welcoming feel. Breakfast was fresh and tasty each morning. My room was spotless and cozy, with thoughtful little touches, and the location made it easy to get around while still being quiet enough to relax. From arrival onward, I felt well looked after. It's the kind of comfortable place I'd remember and want to return to.
