The boat was comfortable, in the mid-range category, with excellent food and really friendly, first class service. The agency has around 30 boats, I think, and you can pay more for a higher-end one, though the difference between them seems minimal. The guides were knowledgeable and practical. Visits only give you about two hours at each site, so it was nice to get the key information without spending the whole time listening, and still have time to look around on our own. Shaima in Luxor deserves a special mention, she was a guide like no other. The travel agency handled the cruise itinerary and kept checking in at each stage, making sure the flights and day trips were going well and that we knew the options and schedule ahead of time. They can also arrange airport transfers, taxis and balloon rides, which are a must. Be ready for early starts: Abu Simbel and the balloon rides begin at 4am, and most other trips start before 8am.

I had a very bad experience with this company. The manager described one nice cruise ship in his messages, but when we arrived, he sent us to a terrible boat called Liberty. It felt like he was making money by deceiving people who trusted him. I met two couples who had also been put on Liberty, and they were upset about how bad it was. If he has a conscience, he knows he's lying after reading this. God sees the bad things you do, and bad karma comes to you. That goes for all the associates who cheat vulnerable tourists.

We had a great experience and the service was excellent. They included extra services at no extra cost. I'd recommend them to anyone planning a cruise in Egypt, especially a Luxor to Aswan cruise.
