A nice lady welcomed us, but the room was awful. The sheets were dirty and the room itself wasn’t clean. We looked out the window and saw an empty pool. When I asked, they said it was “under maintenance.” We canceled and found another hotel for even less.

The lighting was gloomy, and the place needs updating. There was no hot running water, the shower curtains were stained and moldy, and towels were limited.

Mamood was a great host and really went out of his way for us. We stayed two nights and enjoyed it. The room was nice, with both a bath and shower, and the pool area was a good place to relax after busy days of sightseeing. We’d stay again.

The hot water was a problem, and I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. I booked through Expedia, but they put the wrong location on the map. It’s miles from the center, with not many places to eat nearby. If you want to see how locals live, it may be okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

This place didn’t look like the photos. The toilets were blocked, and staff refused to clean them, saying it was okay. In room 202, there was a big gap by the door. We wanted to leave for another hotel after just an hour, but they wouldn’t refund our money and argued with us about it.
