Service was slow throughout. We waited two and a half hours for our food at the restaurant, then another hour and a half after asking for a towel. The location was the only good thing.

I sincerely hope you won’t stay at this hotel. It’s dirty and unpleasant, the staff are rude, and the rooms are so cold.

The location and terrace were the only good parts. The rest left a lot to be desired. The place was extremely dirty, and when we arrived there weren’t even towels or toilet paper. Showering was awkward because the faucet was only a meter high, so we had to bend down. The building wasn’t finished, one elevator was broken and took ages, and the stairs were a nightmare: no lights, unfinished floors, and rubble. There was only one electrical outlet in the room, and the lighting was poor. Opening the filthy refrigerator was disgusting. Breakfast was awful and had very little variety.
