I’ve stayed here several times, most recently eight months ago, in the new house. It was clean and very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and comfortable beds. Shops, the ferry, and motorboats for crossing over to Luxor city are just a three-minute walk away. The terrace has a beautiful view of the Nile and mountains. Abdo and his staff are very welcoming, and he can drive you in his professional car to the places you want to visit. I recommend it for a stay you won’t forget.

The apartments are roomy and pleasant, with shops around the building and friendly shopkeepers. It’s easy to get around from here, and everything we needed was nearby. I’d happily stay again if I return to Luxor. Thanks to Amandine and Mohamed for making us feel so welcome.

I came back for a second stay in the rooftop apartment. The mountain views are magnificent, and you can see the hot air balloons taking off in the morning. The kitchen has what you need to cook, and the apartment was clean. The building manager was very friendly. You can also ask to use the pool at another building owned by the owner.

We slept very peacefully here, and the double terrace was lovely. The apartment is spacious and close to the Nile, with air conditioning in the bedrooms. It had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend it as good value for money.
