This was our first visit to Blue House, though we’ve been to Marsa Alam four times. The hotel surprised us: it was quiet and clean, and the staff were cooperative. It’s the closest hotel to Marsa Alam city and offers more than its price suggests. The rates are very good, and the hotel is comfortable with everything you might need. The beach is decent with small reefs, and you can drive to other beautiful beaches in a short time for little money. Reservation manager Mr Islam Mohamed was very helpful and offered all kinds of support. We’re excited to book Blue House Hotel again on our next visit, without hesitation.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the food was very good. The hotel has a lot of resources that aren’t being used, and there aren’t enough staff. Air conditioning is only in the rooms, not the other areas, and the beach isn’t okay.

The food was good and the staff helpful, but the hotel isn’t recommended. They cut costs without regard for guest satisfaction, and staffing is nowhere near sufficient. Pools and rooms are rarely cleaned, and the air conditioning doesn’t work in every area.

The food was good, the staff really friendly, and the animation was fun with a different show each day. Our room was very pigmented and clean. The hotel was super.

I’d been here before for business, but this visit felt completely different. I saw that all the management had changed, and the hotel had a lot of updates. The AC worked really well, the rooms were very clean, and the food and entertainment were amazing.
