For anyone staying at Hilton, go see Remal Safari. Our day out was unforgettable, with everything arranged smoothly from pickup at Hilton Beach to drop-off back at the hotel. Mustafa looked after us so well and showed us beautiful hidden spots. His local knowledge and hospitality made the day even better. Achmed, also known as Oka, caught all the details with stunning photos and videos. He’s really talented. Hazem sold us the trip at an honest price, was cheerful, and quickly understood what we wanted. Mustafa and Achmed were both genuine and friendly, and made us feel well cared for from the start. Their humor, professionalism, and passion left a lasting impression. We have wonderful memories and wholeheartedly recommend Remal Safari for a personal, unique safari experience. The staff were the best part of our stay, especially the entertainment team, who made everything more fun. Thanks, guys, and especially Pasha, who added so much to our experience. The hotel is pleasant and friendly, at a reasonable price on the Abu Dhabi beach. There are plenty of snorkeling and diving options, so there’s no chance of getting bored. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food selection is generous with good options for vegetarians. I’d definitely recommend it.

The animation team and New Year’s Eve party were a real highlight. The celebration was so well organized, full of energy, and unforgettable. You could tell how much effort and passion went into making the evening special for everyone. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing break. Staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. It has a fantastic atmosphere, and we’d happily recommend it and come back.

We stayed from 4 to 11 January and were mostly happy with the holiday, but the intrusive sellers on the beach were a huge problem. One massage therapist woke me up while I was sleeping on the beach, joked about it, and tried to pressure me into buying his services. He then kept pestering us for two days on the beach and around the hotel, even after we repeatedly asked him to stop. Excursion sellers were pushy too and made false promises, including a “99% chance of seeing a dugong.” We didn’t see one on either of the two trips. Not everyone could get a “Do Not Disturb” sign, and these sellers ruined our holiday and overall impression. There were some good things. The grounds are large, clean, and beautiful, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and staff were generally pleasant. Dinners were tasty and varied, and the à la carte menus and seafood selection were good. Breakfast and lunch, though, were limited and repetitive. Special thanks to the security guard Mohammed, who was kind, polite, and shared a lot of useful information. The main restaurant had a very limited drink selection. The self-service machine offered only 7Up, Pepsi, coffee, and water. Waiters would ask if we wanted a drink, but could then be gone for ten minutes or forget us altogether. A separate drinks area where guests could order at the spot, like at the bar, would make sense. When we arrived, nobody took us to our room. They just pointed us in a direction, and we got lost. Another major downside. I’m not sure we’d come back.
