JAZ Costa Mares

The animation team kept the atmosphere upbeat throughout the day. They were full of energy, friendly, and did a great job with activities, entertainment, and simply chatting with guests. They made everyone feel included. We felt welcomed and looked after as soon as we arrived at Jaz Costa Mares. The employees and waiters were always in a great mood, friendly and easygoing, and their service made the holiday better. It was an unforgettable stay with a warm atmosphere, and we’d love to return. Highly recommended.

I loved the daily volleyball and the snorkeling, which was some of the best I’ve done in Egypt. We saw dugongs and turtles right off the shore. The pool was close to the beach, and little details were well thought out, from poolside showers and beach changing cubicles to the beautifully groomed beach. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, and we really appreciated the room upgrade. The rooms were beautiful, and the hotel was spotless, with every blade of grass in place. The food was delicious and restaurant staff were fantastic. The Magic World animation team were brilliant too, especially Quinty, Bruno, Zizo, and Felix, who made our stay special. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. I’d love to come back.

The adults-only setting made for a calm, relaxing stay, and the bar service was excellent, professional, and always friendly. I was there over Christmas in December, and it was a wonderful time from the first moment, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food selection was huge, so everyone could find something they liked. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Manager Mohamed Khalaf and animator Zizu were especially kind, attentive, and always smiling, and all the staff were lovely to us. The whole team deserves praise for their work. Thanks for making our Christmas stay so memorable.
