We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the beach and pools were beautiful. The animation team helped make every day fun. Our rooms were comfortable, clean, and maintained daily, and the food was delicious with lots of variety across the restaurants. Staff were always friendly, helpful, and smiling. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable holiday in Egypt. We’d happily return and recommend the hotel.

We’re back at True Beach Resort in Marsa Alam for a second stay, and we’re just as satisfied this time. The sea is crystal clear and the beach is clean. It’s a calm place for a relaxing holiday, with a modern, well-maintained hotel and spacious, comfortable rooms. We came away with very pleasant memories.

A special thanks to the animation team, especially Adam. He brought great energy every day, was friendly with everyone, and helped make the resort feel fun and enjoyable. Staff were professional, friendly, and willing to help. We had a few misunderstandings during our stay, but they handled them professionally and genuinely worked to find solutions and make sure we were satisfied. We had a great time at True Beach Resort and would gladly recommend it for a relaxing holiday with excellent service and a fantastic entertainment team. The sandy beach is lovely, and we especially liked the shallow way into the sea because it’s so comfortable to enter. The animation team is very present, with activities like Volleyball, Boccia, Yoga, Zumba, and Stretching, so there’s something for everyone. The buffet was good, while the A-la-carte restaurants were outstanding. Our favorites were the Asian and Greek restaurants. Also, a tip: the best coffee in the hotel is in the lobby. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at True Beach Village on our third visit, and it won’t be our last. Highly recommended for couples.

The animation team brought loads of energy and fun, and made the stay much more enjoyable. The location was very convenient, and our room was clean and comfortable. Friendly atmosphere and excellent service. I’d definitely come back.
