The staff at the beach were always friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well cared for. The pools were spotless and beautiful, with plenty of options for kids, including several shallow areas for smaller children. The sea is clear, gorgeous, and slopes gently at the entrance. There are larger rocks in some spots, but it's easy to find places without them, and swimming is really enjoyable. The food was amazing, with something for everyone. We especially loved the live pasta station, where they'd make your meal just how you wanted it. The beef dishes, especially the goulash that changed every day, were fantastic. Huge compliments to the chefs. As Central Europeans, we appreciated the soups too. There were two to choose from every day, and each was delicious, which isn't always true at resorts. A big thank you to Gamal, Reda & A. Rahman for being so friendly and great. We're a family of three with a 7-year-old daughter, and I can’t recommend Cleopatra Sidi Heneish Hotel enough for a family holiday. Great service, excellent food, cleanliness, and a wonderful atmosphere. We rate it very highly and will be happy to come back one Day!

The animation team brought lots of energy and fun, and they were super friendly. The staff in general were always smiling, polite, and helpful, and the food had a delicious variety. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. We got a warm welcome when we arrived, and a special thanks to Ahmed Galal for being professional and kind. We were surprised with an upgrade to a room overlooking the sea and pool, which made the stay even better. We loved every moment and will definitely return. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

The food was a real highlight, especially the delicious desserts, and there was a good range of flavors made with fresh ingredients. The grounds are beautifully laid out beside stunning water. Mohamed Tarek, restaurant manager Mr. Tarek, Mr. Mohamed Fathy and Ahmed Samaka were professional and gave us excellent service. Our room was kept very clean, too. I stayed at Cleopatra Sidi Heneish recently and would definitely consider coming back.

The massage was wonderful. The therapist was caring and professional, and the quiet, relaxing setting left me feeling refreshed and full of positive energy. Mohamed Tarek also made our meal a pleasure. He was attentive, polite and always smiling, and everything arrived quickly and carefully. He really knows how to make guests feel welcome and valued. Highly recommended.
