The relaxed, almost family-like atmosphere stood out. The hotel isn't too large, so we quickly felt at home. This was our first club hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was spotless and very well cared for, and the beach and house reef were beautiful for snorkeling. Staff were kind, attentive, and welcoming from the start. The sports and activity program ranged from volleyball to yoga, and the room service was efficient, friendly, and reliable. A special mention for the female animators, who were enthusiastic and positive without ever being intrusive. Food was outstanding, fresh, beautifully presented, and varied enough for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next year.

Mr. Hany took wonderful care of our room during our stay. Every day it was spotless and beautifully arranged, and we could feel his care in the details. He's kind, respectful, and hardworking, and his positive attitude made our holiday even better. Thank you, Mr. Hany, for your work and kindness. We hope to return! We had a lovely stay at JAZ Neo Reef Marsa. The hotel was beautiful, the food delicious, and the atmosphere just right for a relaxing break. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the reef and sea were amazing.

The evening animation shows were entertaining and fun. They added something special to my stay and made it more memorable. The atmosphere at the hotel was welcoming and relaxing, and I had a wonderful time.

The daytime program had plenty of variety, and the evening shows were engaging and well prepared. The atmosphere was easygoing and upbeat, just right for a carefree holiday. Amila deserves special applause for his energy, friendliness, and natural way of involving guests. He really makes a difference. The entertainment team work closely together, professionally, and with lots of enthusiasm and creativity. Highly recommended for anyone looking for fun and laughs.

The evening shows were a real high point, and the animation team was amazing. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony view. Staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with whatever we needed. I had a wonderful holiday here.
