We’ve just checked out, and everything about the accommodation was flawless. My sister got sick, and the staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely caring. They’re the best hotel staff I’ve come across anywhere in Egypt. Thank you, Palma, for a wonderful stay and for how cozy and kind your staff made us feel ♥️♥️

The restaurant on site was modern and clean, and the food was delicious and excellent quality. Our guest room apartment was modern and spotless too. We enjoyed the pool and grounds on evening walks, and had dessert by the pool. Most of the staff speak English, and everyone was very helpful. The Palma hotel is a five-star gem in a city where dust, dogs, and garbage on the streets and beaches seem beyond control.

These are two-bedroom flats with a living area, and they work really well for family vacations. The manager and staff are very nice and friendly. The only drawback is that the buildings don’t have lifts, so if stairs are a problem, make sure to ask for a ground-floor flat.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating, and we had a wonderful stay at the Palma Hotel in Port Said, Egypt. I’m extremely happy with it and would highly recommend it. We stayed one night, October 17TH, and checked out on the 18TH, Room 446 😊

The four-person apartment is roomy and really cozy, and the hotel is clean and well furnished. The food was nice, and the staff were friendly and hospitable. When one of us was sick, they even let us bring breakfast to the bedroom.
