The Nile and ocean views from the lounge were breathtaking, and the hotel has a striking design that blends modern architecture with local charm. Its prime location makes it a good fit for both business and leisure trips. The room was elegantly decorated, with a comfortable king-size bed and high-quality linens, a bathroom with a rain shower and basic toiletries, a flat-screen TV with many satellite channels, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Daily housekeeping kept the room tidy, and the common areas were regularly maintained. Check-in was seamless. Ahmed at the front desk greeted me warmly, and I was offered complimentary drinks while my reservation was being processed. The staff went above and beyond: the other Ahmed on the night shift noted my wake-up call, Nayara helped me choose from the à la carte breakfast options, and the young man at the restaurant paid close attention and brought my food and drinks just as I asked. The on-site restaurant offered a varied menu, including a delicious breakfast with local and international dishes for an extra charge, plus a juice bar with fresh ingredients. [Grand Hotel ] exceeded my expectations for comfort and luxury in Ras Albar. Big shoutout to manager [Fatima ], who gave me personalized service throughout my stay, and kudos to the owners and management team for having such a strong customer service team.

For a family trip in Ras ElBar, I think this is the ideal place. The location is very good, the staff are friendly and nice, and the suites work well for families.

We paid 825 EGP for a double room during the summer Eid Adha season, and the value was superb. I've never had comparable quality at that price. The staff were super friendly, and both reception and the room were extremely clean. The room had everything we might need, including towels, tissues, soap, shampoo, and a small tea and coffee tray. The Nile view from my room was awesome too. A really good experience, and I'd highly recommend it to people on a low budget with high expectations.

It was a good hotel, and the room had a nice view of the Nile. The facilities were great: air conditioning, a balcony, television, a toilet with a shower, and a kettle with drinks. Room service was ideal. There's a café and a shuttle bus to the beach, plus a lovely idea, the message of the day 😍😍
