The staff were kind and professional, and my room was clean. A very good hotel.

I couldn't stay more than a few hours. The bathroom smelled bad and had mould all over, and the sheets were very dirty and stained. The rooms were filthy, full of bugs, flies, and mosquitoes. The walls and windows were dirty and stained too. Internet connectivity was like dial-up, if I could connect at all.

The garden area was nice, and the team were helpful. The food was good too. It was a good day-use outing for the family.

The food was pretty good, and the staff were very nice. My room was dusty even when I arrived, and the windows wouldn't close properly, so highway noise came in. At night the average noise level was over 50 dB, far from the optimal level of under 25. My shower didn't work right, only the tap did, and water was backing up because the drain was clogged. The WiFi was poor and I couldn't connect, though private internet was available for $10. The AC was very noisy and barely cooled. I also heard scratching above the bathroom, like some animal with small claws, maybe a rat or bird.

I liked sitting in the small, quiet garden to relax. The atmosphere was nice, and they had a DJ and an animation show. The restaurant meal was average, half a chicken with rice, but it was OK. The hotel is 130 km from Alexandria on the Alex-Cairo road.
