Even with a training program as the main reason for our stay from 31.01.2026 to 07.02.2026, TUI Magic Life Kalawy gave us a holiday we came away from feeling completely happy and relaxed about. The peaceful, romantic setting and breathtaking views made it especially memorable, and the range of activities was impressive. For the price, it went beyond what we expected. The food had both great variety and taste, and dining was made more enjoyable by how quickly and professionally the team served us. Everywhere was clean, orderly, and well maintained. Our room was exceptionally clean, and Samed Sayed took such care with housekeeping. Even at full occupancy, the property never felt crowded, which is impressive. We felt welcomed from the start. The room decorations when we arrived and left, plus the little daily gifts, made us very happy. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Abdelmoneim, whose kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel valued. Most of all, the staff made this place what it is. The team was attentive, friendly, professional, and quick to find solutions. The managers and senior leadership deserve thanks too, since their commitment to guest satisfaction showed in the details throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back. We wholeheartedly recommend TUI Magic Life Kalawy.

The lagoon is beautiful, with clear water and its own coral reef, and the desert setting is great if you love nature. Service was the letdown. Some waiters seem unhappy in their jobs and can get aggressive when you order a drink. Several were rude, speaking Arabic about you while standing right in front of you. The European entertainment staff were the only ones who greeted us warmly and seemed genuinely friendly.

There’s loads to do at this all-inclusive spot, and the reef is easy to reach along a walkway. I also appreciated the real coffee and that things like canoeing, SUP, and windsurfing didn’t come with extra charges.

The sea is magical here, so peaceful and beautiful, and I still had an amazing time despite the issues. The resort is charming enough that you can forget some of its flaws, and I would definitely recommend it. I’ll be back. The gardens and greenery are stunning, carefully designed, and very well kept. The whole place was exceptionally clean, and the cats around the property were a lovely touch. Restaurant staff, the beach team, and room service were among the kindest and most cheerful people we met, and they were professional too. The service was high quality, the stay was excellent value, and I truly enjoyed it. There were some frustrating moments, though. The reservation team was hard to reach, and when I called I was often told they weren’t available. I only got the booking completed after pushing firmly. Once, they suggested I come to the hotel to book, even though entry requires a confirmed reservation. Some staff also weren’t welcoming, especially toward Egyptians, which left a bad impression. Wi-Fi and mobile coverage were very poor. I’d also like the evening shows and entertainment to include Egyptian guests more. Most activities currently seem to center on alcohol, and it would be great if they were more inclusive. The resort is beautiful overall, but these points are worth addressing.

The buffet was outstanding, and the service was super. The beach is nice too, though strong currents beyond the reef limit it. Nice location.
