DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh - Sharm Bay

Getting into the sea can be a little difficult because the shoreline is rocky, so it may not work well for guests with mobility issues. Apart from that, the sea is stunning, and the property is clean, well maintained, and organized. We spent a week here with our family and found the international resort welcoming and delightful. It was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were very kind, professional, and never intrusive. Thanks especially to Lobna. I also want to thank Mr. Mohammed Anfibi, whose name I hope I’ve spelled correctly. He’s on the reception security team and helped me get my phone back after I accidentally left it in a taxi. The whole team was helpful and professional, and they made this feel like a five-star holiday. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. I hope to return someday.

We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily return if we come to Sharm. Our room was upgraded, and the staff helped celebrate my wife’s birthday. They were attentive and helpful from the moment we arrived. Thanks to Mr. Muhammed Barakat and all the staff for their care and assistance. The scheduled shuttle bus made it easy to get around, even though our room was a little far from the lobby and restaurant. The drivers were always polite, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was another highlight, with delicious food and lots of choices. The chef and team gave excellent service, and Souad made us feel at home from the first day with her warm welcome and positive attitude. We had a memorable honeymoon at DoubleTree by Hilton, and everything was well organized from arrival through departure. The calm atmosphere made it easy to relax. Staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. Room service was excellent, and housekeeping did a wonderful job each day. Special thanks to the gentleman who cleaned our room, he was attentive and polite and kept everything spotless. The whole team made our honeymoon special, and their care and hospitality left a lasting impression. We’d recommend the hotel for a peaceful, comfortable stay and hope to come back.

The food was delicious, fresh, and well prepared, with a huge choice every day. We enjoyed every meal.
