The rooms were as expected, fine but nothing special. The people working there were really nice, though they couldn’t seem to understand why we wanted some peace and quiet on holiday. The noise was awful. Music around the pool was ridiculously loud, and there was banging in the evenings from 22 onward. It was SO loud. Food was horrible, sadly the worst I’ve seen. There are a few restaurants to choose from, which helps at dinner, but breakfast and lunch were really bad too, with not even nice fruit. Sometimes we could tip our way to some fresh mango. The location was great and snorkeling was right there on the reef, so easy to do many times a day. We left the resort just once for a boat trip. I was disappointed to learn they feed fish from the bridge, which made being underwater feel weird. We went to another, slightly more advanced beach one day, where you could dive too, and that was mind-blowing. We wouldn’t stay here again. The food ruined it, and there was nothing to look forward to at meals. We’d return to Sharm El-Sheikh, but would be very diligent about checking food standards first.

This was our second visit, after coming in summer 2023 when it was 50 degrees, and everything was faultless even in those extreme conditions. This time the winter temperatures were in the high 20s, and we enjoyed walking around the grounds and sitting on the terraces, especially at night when it stayed above 20 degrees. The hotel and outdoor areas are very well kept, and the staff continue to provide impeccable service even as faces change. They’re polite, accommodating, and do all they can for guests. The grounds were decorated for Christmas, with subtle touches inside and gentle Christmas music in the restaurants and lobby. We’d highly recommend it and would return again.

We stayed here two years ago, and I’m only just getting around to reviewing it on Maps. It was an amazing hotel with great staff. We haven’t been back, but I would have recommended it at the time.

We had a nice holiday in a calm, well-kept hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day, the design is lovely, and everything looks clean and maintained. The staff were friendly and the service was great. Sayed, the restaurant manager, was especially kind, helpful and professional. He was the best person we met there. The entertainment could use more energy and variety. The same music played every day, mostly Russian songs, and there was no pool music in the afternoon, which sometimes made it too quiet. A mix with some pop or international tracks would be nice. Most of the entertainment seemed aimed at Russian guests, so if you’re not Russian, you might feel left out. The sea and setting are lovely, but if you’re coming for a classic beach experience, this may not be the right hotel. Getting onto the beach is difficult and not very accessible. For taxis, it’s better to walk just outside the hotel and hail a regular one. The hotel taxis are much more expensive. For example, the Old Town costs about $4 from outside. It’s a pleasant place to relax, and the hospitality and peaceful atmosphere make it worth visiting, though the entertainment needs work.

I love the food and the hotel’s vibe. Everything feels really relaxing, and the entertainment and events are great.
