Steigenberger Alcazar

Nargiz at the Kids Club was a highlight for our family. She kept our children happily occupied throughout the stay with such kindness, energy and genuine care that we could relax, knowing they were having a great time. The resort itself was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. There was a great range of consistently good food each day, and the entertainment team kept both adults and children engaged with fun activities around the resort. It felt like an excellent family-friendly place, with outstanding service. We'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.

We spent our honeymoon at this lovely, well-kept hotel, and I'd definitely come back. The rooms, facilities, food and staff were all incredible. You can tell a lot of time and effort has gone into the place, from staff training to the quality and expertise behind the food. Our complimentary à la carte meal was at Limoni (Italian). It was very authentic and so good that I couldn't fault it. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and were quick to take care of anything we asked for.

The staff made the stay feel special, always welcoming, friendly and ready to help with a smile. The service across the hotel was excellent. There was plenty to enjoy as a family: activities ran through the day for adults and kids, and the evening shows were fun and well organized. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the resort was beautifully maintained, and the restaurants had tasty food with lots of choice. We had a fantastic time at Steigenberger Alcazar in Sharm El Sheikh and would love to return.

We liked it so much that, while we're still here, we've already booked another stay for a few months from now. The whole experience feels luxurious and well cared for, and the rooms and pool areas are very clean. Bottled water also arrives in the room daily, a nice touch. There's plenty of room around the pools. Despite what some negative reviews say, there are sunbeds at the adult pool. People sometimes reserve loungers, but space is still available, and a pool attendant will happily bring extra beds and an umbrella and set them wherever you prefer. The food is incredible and the choice is so broad we rarely use the buffet. We've eaten at different à la carte restaurants five times and have lunch at various à la carte venues every day, and still couldn't try it all. The team really goes above and beyond to look after guests. Special thanks to Saied at La Maison restaurant, whose service was outstanding.
