White Hills Resort

Traveling with a baby, we found the room’s spot near the restaurant really convenient, and it had a beautiful view. The staff were kind, attentive, and ready to help. Talal checked on us each day to see that we had what we needed and were comfortable, which made a real difference. The food had lots of delicious options and the service was top-notch. We had a fantastic stay at the Posh Club at White Hills Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, and would gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality break.

The reception staff were rude, didn’t listen, and even hung up on us. We raised the poor cleaning standard, but it didn’t seem to concern anyone. Our housekeeper was kind, though the cleanliness overall was bad. Food was okay, with plenty to choose from, but ordinary in quality. The setting in shark bay is lovely, with a beautiful reef and a comfortable beach. Walid at the boscage restaurant and the managers at boscage and elia were very kind. The hotel grounds are large, so I think paying extra for a beachfront jacuzzi deluxe room is worth it for the sea view and proximity to the beach. Soho square is steps away. I didn’t find it special, though most people might.

We felt right at home and had an unforgettable vacation. The Boscage restaurant team were always friendly, attentive, personal, and professional. Ali at the Ivory bar also deserves thanks for making us the best cocktails. We’re grateful to everyone at the hotel for the five-star service and warm welcome, and we’ll definitely return.

The resort is stunning, and the hospitality went well beyond what I expected. Yasseer looked after my family and me exceptionally well in the dining room throughout our stay. Everyone was thoughtful, caring, helpful, and kind. We had a fantastic time and would definitely visit again.
